Biennial conference

The USLOA in pursuance of the purpose for which it was formed, would encourage

programs that:

1) Provide mutual and voluntary assistance, enjoyment, and entertainment for the

social, physical, moral and educational improvement of members

2) Promote and maintain fellowship, sociability and culture among its members

3) Promote friendship among its members and inculcate in them a high sense of loyalty to each other and their island home. Also to reach out to our youth and nurture in them a sense of belonging as sons and daughters of St. Lucia

4) Hold meetings and social gatherings for the better realization of the above purposes

5) Participate voluntarily whether financially or otherwise in any assistance program for the less privileged of St. Lucia, and,

6) Do any or all things, exercise any and all rights and privileges that may be required, and incidental to the above mentioned purposes, subject always to the laws of the country of member associations.
